About our School Leader Cohort Program
In partnership with Relay Graduate School of Education’s National Principal Academy Fellowship and National Supervisors Academy Fellowship programs, and charter school organizations in D.C., we are supporting charter LEAs to build their bench of school leaders. The two-year cohort experience is deeply practice-based, incorporating peer learning and individual leader coaching.
Cohort 2018 will kick-off in May 2018, spanning the content areas of:
- Equity and D.C. context
- Instructional leadership
- Adult management
2018 Application Process
- January 17 or 18: Join an information session webinar to learn more details and hear from program alumni. Presentation link
- January 26: Application deadline. Apply here.
- February: Interview period
- Late February: Selected applicants notified
- May 2018: Program kicks-off with Orientation

- May 23-24, 2018: Orientation and Learning Lab 1 in D.C.
- June 18-29: Relay NPAF Summer Intensive (Denver)
Program Cost: $24,000 (includes Relay tuition of $18,000)
